Island Times Magazine
I am pleased to start contributing to a new Vancouver Island magazine called 'Island Times'. Collaborations
Chef Bill Jones and I are putting our heads and our knives together this summer for two back-to-back special events in July at Bill's Deerholme Farm in Glenora. They involve some of my favourite food elements, barbecue, Dungeness Crab and Cowichan Bay Farm chicken. Full details at this blog posting.
