Update on Course Offerings through UVic
We've delayed the start of my Introduction to Food Culture Course to the 21st of January, so you still have time to sign up. The coffee course being offered in Cobble Hill on January 24th is filling up quickly so act soon.
Through the University of Victoria's Continuing Studies department, I'm teaching an introductory course in Food Culture, another course called Exploring Local Foods, and a one-day class on the history of coffee!
